El presente estudio es resultado de una investigación científica, centrado en la profundización y revisión bibliográfica acerca del tema relacionado con el desarrollo de la autonomía en los niños y las niñas con discapacidades visuales del contexto angolano, a partir de la necesidad del ajuste en el diseño curricular en la educación primaria, con vistas a la respuesta educativa que se precisa desde una posición inclusiva. El objetivo estuvo orientado a fundamentar los presupuestos teóricos esenciales acerca de la problemática investigada. Se utilizó una metodología basada esencialmente en la aplicación de métodos y técnicas investigativas del nivel teórico y empírico, entre los cuales se encuentran: el analítico- sintético, el histórico-lógico, la revisión documental, la observación científica, las entrevistas y las encuestas. Como resultado más relevante se evidencia una síntesis de los fundamentos teóricos esenciales, que permiten la actualización de la información sobre el desarrollo de la autonomía en niños y niñas con discapacidades visuales del contexto angolano, desde los retos que se exigen al diseño curricular y las condiciones de igualdad para todos en el sistema educativo.
The present work is centered on the deepening and bibliographical revision about the topic related to the development of autonomy in visual disable boys and girls in the Angolan context, taking into account the necessity of the adjustment in the curricular design in primary education, in order to give an educative answer that is needed from an inclusive position. Its objective is to base the main theoretical groundwork related to the subject matter. A methodology essentially based on the application of searching methods and techniques from the theoretical and empirical levels was used; among the methods and techniques there are the analytical – synthetic method, the historical – logical analysis, the analysis of documents, the scientific observation, the interviews and the surveys. As the most relevant results, a synthesis of the theoretical groundwork is obtained, which allows the upgrading of the information about the development of autonomy in disable boys and girls in the Angolan context, from the risks that the curricular design demands as well as the conditions of equality for everyone in the educative system.
