Introducción: Es necesario que los docentes trabajen no solo teniendo en cuenta lo didáctico sino también lo psicológico y lo social, de manera que el sujeto sea activo y transformador
de su medio y de sí mismo, para evitar el deterioro y su actuación individual, social y colectiva, al favorecer el desarrollo de sus potencialidades. Objetivo: El presente artículo es el resultado de un proceso de investigación en el cual se realizó a partir de actividades de asesoría psicopedagógica elaboradas y aplicadas por los autores, en función de la preparación psicopedagógica de los docentes de la escuela de educación media de la República de Angola. Métodos: se aplicaron métodos de investigación científica, tanto de nivel teórico, empírico y del nivel estadístico-matemático, a saber, del nivel teórico, análisis-síntesis, histórico-lógico; del nivel empírico, entrevista, encuesta a directivos, la modelación y del estadístico- matemático el procedimiento del cálculo porcentual. Resultados: se obtiene una estrategia de preparación para los docentes, la cual consta de una estructura externa bien definida. Conclusiones: La experiencia permitió concluir, que las actividades y la estrategia permiten dar respuesta al problema evidenciado para brindar la atención integral al educando de la educación media.
Introduction: It is necessary for teachers to work not only taking into account the didactic but also the psychological and the social, so that the subject is active and transformative of their environment and of themselves, to avoid deterioration and their individual, social and collective performance. , by promoting the development of its potential. Objective: This article is the result of a research process in which it was carried out based on psychopedagogical counseling activities prepared and applied by the authors, based on the psychopedagogical preparation of the teachers of the Republic's high school. from Angola. Methods: scientific research methods were applied, both at the theoretical, empirical level and at the statistical-mathematical level, namely, at the theoretical level, analysis-synthesis, historical-logical; of the empirical level, interview, managerial survey, modeling and the statistical-mathematical procedure of the percentage calculation. Results: a preparation strategy for teachers is obtained, which consists of a welldefined external structure. Conclusions: The experience allowed us to conclude that the activities and the strategy allow us to respond to the evident problem in order to provide comprehensive care to the middle school student.
