Abstract
En la actualidad los jóvenes cubanos, a diferencia de lo que viven muchos
lugares del mundo tienen garantizado el empleo y una legislación que los
protege. Una vez graduados deben cumplir su servicio social y además se prevé
una etapa de adiestramiento laboral, para lograr la adaptación y capacitación
como trabajador en una entidad. Teniendo en cuenta la importancia que tiene
para la formación integral de los recién graduados el cumplimiento coherente de
su adiestramiento laboral, el presente trabajo se propone como objetivo elaborar
un conjunto de acciones de preparación encaminadas al desarrollo de
habilidades y conocimientos en los adiestrados de nuevo ingreso en la Mipyme
Solutel. Para la realización del estudio se emplearon los métodos de
investigación: del nivel teórico, el análisis histórico-lógico, analítico-sintético,
inductivo-deductivo, del nivel empírico; en las siguientes partes: Introducción,
Desarrollo, Conclusiones, Recomendaciones, Bibliografía y Anexos. Como
principal resultado se exponen las actividades para la preparación de los
adiestrados en la Mipyme Solutel.

Taking into account the importance of coherent compliance with their job training for the comprehensive training of recent graduates, the objective of this paper is to develop a set of preparation actions aimed at developing skills and knowledge in newly trained trainees. in the Mipyme Solutel.
