Abstract

Objective: To propose speech therapy activities to compensate for acoustic dyslexia in third and fourth grade students. Materials and Methods: The materialist dialectical method was used as a general method and the historical and logical method, the analytical-synthetic method, the inductive-deductive method, modeling, documentary analysis, scientific observation, pedagogical testing, were used as educational research methods. descriptive statistics and percentage calculation. The study sample consisted of eight schoolchildren diagnosed with acoustic dyslexia in third and fourth grades. Results and Discussion: The diagnosis carried out allowed us to identify the main strengths and weaknesses of the reading acquisition process and based on this result, 15 speech therapy activities were designed and applied that are characterized by having a systemic, systematic nature that allows individual attention. or collectively to schoolchildren, to improve reading qualities and thereby compensate for the symptoms of acoustic dyslexia. Conclusions: The application of the proposal in the educational practice of the Serafín Sánchez primary school allowed us to verify its effectiveness, through the implementation of a pedagogical pre-experiment.
