Abstract
Materiales y métodos: Se aplicaron métodos del nivel teórico (analítico-sintético;
Introduction: The orientation of teachers to organize, face, elaborate, carry out with disposition, an adequate educational-personalized correction, in a communicative context, contributes to the success of the corrective work of functional dyslalia, which in particular is decisive in the construction of the development of knowledge and skills. Objective: Apply methodological workshops to guide teachers in the corrective work of functional dyslalia in first grade students. Materials and methods: Theoretical level methods were applied (analyticalsynthetic; inductive-deductive and historical-logical); at an empirical level (documentary analysis, interviews, scientific observation, pedagogical experiment); At a statistical level and mathematical procedures, descriptive statistics were used to detail the changes observed in the sample and represent them in tables and graphs and the percentage calculation. Results and Discussion: It was found in the diagnosis that the teachers had limitations with knowledge and the application of procedures for the corrective work of functional dyslalia. The methodological workshops that were designed responded to the diagnosis and encouraged reflection and learning. Conclusions: The application of the proposal in the educational practice of the Obdulio Morales Torres primary school allowed us to verify its effectiveness, through the implementation of a pedagogical pre-experiment. The main changes were verified in an increase in teachers' knowledge about functional dyslalia and the application of exercises and strategies for their corrective work, as well as motivation towards it.
