Abstract
respectivamente.
Organizational communication is the communicative activity carried out by a company to achieve its objectives. This communication must be dynamic, planned, and concrete, making it a feedback tool for the organization’s evolution and control. Communication aimed at achieving its purposes cannot be random or spontaneous; its effectiveness depends on how, when, and in what way it is projected by each organization. In relation to these aspects, this work diagnoses the elements that influence the development of organizational communication at the Hermanos Bernal House of Culture in the Tuinucú Popular Council. It examines the communication flows, the means and channels used to keep employees informed, the communication networks employed, as well as the barriers that hinder the effective development of internal communication. As a result, an internal communication strategy is proposed, intertwining theoretical and methodological elements based on current regulations in Cuba. The report consists of two chapters, which cover the theoretical foundation, the application of the diagnosis, and the proposed strategy, respectively
