Introducción: El funcionamiento psicológico del hombre tiene como base la unidad de las dos esferas de regulación de la personalidad: la motivacional
afectiva y la cognitiva instrumental. El tema se inserta en el proyecto “La atención educativa al desarrollo de las habilidades socioemocionalesObjetivo: Proponer una estrategia pedagógica que desde el vínculo entre lo cognitivo y lo afectivo, desarrolle vivencias afectivas por la actividad de estudio en el Nivel Educativo Técnico y Profesional.
Metodología: Se hizo una exploración diagnóstica y se aplicaron métodos teóricos y empíricos para detectar necesidades e intereses por la actividad de estudio de 16 educandos de segundo año de la especialidad de Mecánica del Politécnico “Mario Herrero Toscano” de Nuevitas.
Resultados: Se demuestra que un número considerable de los educandos investigados tenían insuficiencias en cuanto a la formación y desarrollo de hábitos de estudio y escasos niveles de motivación.
Conclusiones: La estrategia pedagógica favorece el desarrollo de vivencias afectivas positivas por la actividad de estudio y la motivación por aprender del grupo seleccionado.
Introduction: The psychological functioning of persons is based on the unity of the two spheres of personality regulation: the affective motivational and the instrumental cognitive. The topic is inserted in the project “Educational attention to the development of socio-emotional skills”.
Objective: to propose a pedagogical strategy that, from the link between the cognitive and the affective, develops affective experiences for the activity of studying, at the Technical and Professional Educational Level.
Methodology: A diagnostic exploration was made and theoretical and empirical methods were applied to detect needs and interests for the activity of studying of 16 second-year students specializing in Mechanics in “Mario Herrero Toscano” Polytechnic School of Nuevitas.
Results: It is shown that a considerable number of the investigated students had deficiencies in the formation and development of study habits, and low levels of motivation.
Conclusions: The pedagogical strategy favors the development of positive affective experiences for the activity of studying and the motivation for learning of the selected group.
