La Secretaría de Posgrado es de vital importancia para garantizar la calidad de
los procesos relacionados con la educación en este nivel de enseñanza, pues
permite elevar los niveles de confiabilidad en la certificación de documentos
acreditativos y de títulos académicos cuestión que solo se gana con el trabajo
sistemático y el control en cada momento. En el artículo se pretende dar una
visión general de la organización que debe alcanzar la Secretaría de Posgrado
en la Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas. Para ello se realizó la revisión de
las resoluciones ministeriales que norman el trabajo de esta dirección con
énfasis en la 184/2011 y 132/2004, las cuales abordan el tema en forma muy
general, pero no precisan algunos elementos para el trabajo con los diferentes
procesos. Se hace referencia a la puesta en práctica por la Secretaría General
y la de Posgrado, de un grupo de modelos que contribuyen a la organización
del trabajo con la documentación de los programas de posgrado y el trabajo
con los expedientes de los estudiantes.
This article pretends to show a general point of view about the organization that
must reach the postgraduate secretary. A review was done about some of the
ministerial legal documents that guide the work on this field, and it was done a
special emphasize about the 184/ from the 2011 and the 132/ from the 2004,
these two legal resolutions explain, in a general way, some of the principal
elements to work with all the processes. The work of the postgraduate secretary
is of an extraordinary importance because, it permits to assure the quality of the
process that takes part in this activity and it also permits to reach high levels of
confiability and, it is only possible to gain all the aspects with a systematic work;
the processes must be checked at every moment. The control and the
organization are the keys to success. This article reference a group of models
that contribute to organize the documents that belong to postgraduate
programs, along with the students records in the general and postgraduate
secretary. It also defines that the supervision of the postgraduate
documentation concerning academic preparation is a responsibility of the
postgraduate secretary and the faculties must also assume the development of
the courses planned and they have a lot to do with the quality of the subjects
and documents and the final delivery of the evaluations.
