Resumen:
The diploma makes a conscious and deep analysis of the most up-dated sources in the teaching of grammar entailed to the communicative approach and the lexical approach, relating them to the use of didactic games and has as objective to apply a set of didactic games to reinforce the English grammar learning in eighth grade students.
In the work is made a diagnose to detect the weaknesses and strength of the students for the selection, elaboration and application of the games. The work is based on the socio-historical conception of the didactics and pedagogy. For its realization different researching methods, tools and instruments were used among them from the empirical level the observation guide, the interview, the survey, from the theoretical level the inductive-deductive, logical and historical and from the statistical level the mathematic ones, specifically the descriptive analysis. The work is structured in introduction, development, conclusions, recommendations, bibliography and annexes.
