Abstract
La propuesta de acciones para mejorar la incorporación del adulto mayor a los
círculos de abuelos del consejo popular norte del municipio Jatibonico va
dirigida a determinar las causa de la baja incorporación en los Círculos de
abuelos en esta zona, para ello se partió del siguiente problema científico
¿Cómo mejorar la incorporación del adulto mayor a los círculos de abuelos en
del consejo popular norte del municipio Jatibonico?, teniendo como objetivo
general. Proponer acciones para mejorar la incorporación del adulto mayor a
los círculos de abuelos de consejo popular norte del municipio Jatibonico., para
el logro de los objetivos propuestos se utilizaron diversos técnicas y métodos
de investigación, se entrevistaron solamente 120 adultos mayor, por la
incidencia de la pandemia en esta zona, a los cuáles se les realizó una
entrevista para establecer la causa de la baja incorporación, además se aplicó
la encuesta a los técnicos de cultura Física, Las principales causas de estas
personas radican en: prejuicios sociales, el bajo conocimientos de estas
actividades para el beneficio de la salud, y el escaso tiempo libre debido a las
actividades cotidianas, impidiendo sus intercambios con el resto de los abuelos,
del análisis de las deficiencias conocidas se realizaron una serie de accione
con vistas a solucionar las deficiencias, las cuales constituyen el motivo de esta
investigación, por lo que se recomienda Implementar las acciones propuestas
para mejorar la incorporación a los Círculos de Abuelos del consejo popular
norte del municipio Jatibonico
