Sitio web para el fortalecimiento del sistema de información al visitante de infotur Trinidad

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como finalidad contribuir al fortalecimiento del sistema de información al visitante en el destino turístico Trinidad, este sistema se gestionará a través de la Oficina de Información al Turista (INFOTUR) Trinidad mediante el diseño de un sitio web que brinde información actualizada y coherente con los atractivos y servicios turísticos disponibles. Para alcanzar el objetivo propuesto, se llevó a cabo una exhaustiva investigación bibliográfica sobre los sistemas de información al cliente en destinos turísticos, con el fin de recopilar y analizar las mejores prácticas existentes. Asimismo, se realizó un diagnóstico del diseño actual del sistema de información en el destino turístico Trinidad, con el objetivo de identificar las fortalezas y debilidades del mismo. Finalmente, se procedió al diseño del sitio web, aplicando los métodos teóricos y los métodos empíricos tales como: análisis-síntesis, inducción-deducción, histórico-lógico, observación y entrevista; además del análisis porcentual. La propuesta del sitio web elaborado constituye el mayor aporte de la presente investigación y le da solución al problema científico planteado.

This research aims to contribute to the strengthening of the visitor information system in the tourist destination Trinidad; this system will be managed through the Tourist Information Office (INFOTUR) Trinidad through the design of a website that provides updated and coherent information with the tourist attractions and services available. To achieve the proposed objective, an exhaustive bibliographic research on customer information systems in tourist destinations was carried out, in order to compile and analyze the best existing practices. Likewise, a diagnosis of the current design of the information system in the Trinidad tourist destination was carried out, with the objective of identifying its strengths and weaknesses. Finally, we proceeded to design the website, applying theoretical methods and empirical methods such as: analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, historical-logical, observation and interview; in addition to the percentage analysis. The proposed website constitutes the greatest contribution of this research and provides a solution to the scientific problem posed.
