Abstract
With the objective of evaluating the effect of the bionematicide HeberNem, on the incidence of nematodes on the protected crop of Carrot (Daucus carota L), a random block experiment was designed at the UEB of Assurance and Services Protected Crops La Quinta, in the period from the months December 2022 to April 2023; in houses № 28, 30 and 31 of 0.054 ha each, previously harvested cucumber of the Pepino Inivit 2007 variety. The biopreparation was incorporated with different doses 200 g L-1; 160g L-1; 128 g L-1; 96g L-1 and the control 3 times: 7 days before transplant, 14 days after transplant and 21 days after the last application. Spraying was carried out using a calibrated Matabi backpack with a capacity of 16 L. For the application of the product, the total organic matter content existing in the houses was taken into account, which was 15%. The index and gradology present were determined and the evaluations were carried out at the time of harvest. The best results were obtained with the 200 g L-1 (T1) treatment, achieving a decrease in gradology and control of the infestation index. The biological alternatives used improved the morphoagronomic parameters of the carrot crop, highlighting an increase in agricultural yield over the control treatment of 3.31kg plant-1.
