Dietoterapia en pacientes diabéticos obesos

Abstract

La obesidad y la diabetes constituyen una de las asociaciones más frecuentes y letales en la actualidad, debido en gran medida, que hasta hoy los que las padecen, continúan con malos hábitos dietéticos, sin recurrir a otras alternativas. Es objetivo del presente estudio resaltar los beneficios de la dietoterapia como alternativa para el tratamiento de pacientes diabéticos obesos. Se proyecta un estudio en la consulta de Medicina Natural y Tradicional perteneciente al Policlínico “Olivos 1” de la ciudad de Sancti Spíritus, a la cual son recurrentes los casos con dichas afecciones, como en buena parte del territorio nacional.
