Abstract
En la sociedad y sus instituciones escolares es de gran importancia el desarrollo de las
relaciones empáticas entre sus miembros, y en los adolescentes es aún más urgente,
debido a que, durante esta etapa de la vida, éstos comienzan a explorar cambios
emocionales y sociales que pueden afectar su bienestar y su capacidad para relacionarse
con los demás. En la escuela secundaria, desde la función educativa, el psicopedagogo,
con el apoyo del gabinete psicopedagógico, debe orientar a los escolares en su desarrollo
personológico y en específico, contribuir al desarrollo de las relaciones empáticas.
Al promover la empatía en los adolescentes se puede reducir el acoso escolar, la violencia
y otros comportamientos negativos. Este trabajo de diploma centra su atención en los
aspectos fundamentales para desarrollar una mejor relación empática en esta difícil etapa
de la vida mediante un sistema de actividades de orientación para el desarrollo de éstas.
Se han empleado métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos de la investigación, donde se
han obtenido resultados positivos.
