Acciones desarrolladoras del componente investigativo en la formación profesional del Gestor Sociocultural

Abstract

Introducción: Cuba aboga por la formación de profesionales que puedan resolver problemas por la vía científica, de forma creativa, con conocimientos, habilidades, valores y actitudes, en correspondencia con el proyecto social socialista y las exigencias del mundo actual. Objetivo: Implementar acciones desarrolladoras del componente investigativo en la formación profesional del gestor sociocultural, con énfasis en la atención a los procesos y las relaciones de interacción con entidades del territorio. Métodos: El camino metodológico fue la investigación cualitativa, la metodología empleada fue la investigación-acción-participación, porque los autores, en diferentes roles, son participantes en los procesos que se estudiaron. Se emplearon un conjunto de métodos teóricos y empíricos en unidad dialéctica como el analítico-sintético, histórico lógico, la revisión bibliográfica, la observación y la entrevista. Resultados: Quedaron estructurados en determinación de los fundamentos teóricos, en acciones desarrolladoras con carácter multifactorial, lo que tributa de manera intencionada al desempeño profesional competente, permitiendo la conciliación de intereses en correspondencia con la Estrategia de Desarrollo Municipal. Conclusiones: Se comprobó que, si se potencia el componente investigativo con acciones desarrolladoras que integren el trabajo del Centro Universitario Municipal, el colectivo pedagógico y los estudiantes, con el gobierno y las entidades del territorio, se contribuye al fortalecimiento de capacidades locales y se avanza hacia una misma dirección en función de metas comunes.

Introduction: Cuba advocates the training of professionals who can solve problems scientifically, creatively, with knowledge, skills, values and attitudes, in correspondence with the socialist social project and the demands of today's world. Objective: To implement actions to develop the research component in the professional training of sociocultural managers, with emphasis on the attention to the processes and relations of interaction with entities of the territory.6 Methods: The methodological path was qualitative research; the methodology used was action-research-participation, because the authors, in different roles, are participants in the processes studied. A set of theoretical and empirical methods were used in dialectic unity, such as the analytical-synthetic, historical-logical, bibliographical review, observation and interview. Results: They were structured in determination of the theoretical foundations, in developmental actions with multifactorial character, which intentionally contributes to the competent professional performance, allowing the conciliation of interests in correspondence with the Municipal Development Strategy. Conclusions: It was found that, if the research component is enhanced with developmental actions that integrate the work of the Municipal University Center, the pedagogical collective and the students, with the government and institutions of the territory, it contributes to the strengthening of local capacities, and progresses towards the same direction in function of common goals.
