Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como título “Evaluación de desempeño económico
financiero en la Empresa Correos, Sancti Spíritus, esta entidad es perteneciente al
Grupo Empresarial Correos de Cuba”. Su objetivo general consiste en diseñar
técnicas para la evaluación de la situación económica- financiera en el corto plazo
en dicha entidad, que permitan tomar decisiones efectivas , determinando el nivel
de eficiencia en el uso racional de sus recursos, enfatizando en el desempeño de
la misma mediante las razones económicas y financieras y otras técnicas que
posibiliten controlar los recursos necesarios, su uso eficiente y sus fuentes de
financiamiento, también se valora la importancia del control y seguimiento de los
recursos con que se cuenta, garantizando siempre su utilización racional y efectiva
de acuerdo a su plan de actividades o servicios. De dicho análisis realizado, se
obtuvieron resultados favorables en el período comprendido 2021 y 2022, los
cuales se corroboran en el desarrollo de la investigación.
The present work was carried out in the Post Office of Sancti Spiritus, which has as title “Financial economic analysis in the Correos Company, Sancti Spíritus”. Its general objective is to design techniques for the evaluation of the financial situation in the short term in that entity, which allow determining the level of efficiency in the management of its resources, emphasizing the performance of the same through economic and financial reasons and other techniques that make it possible to control the necessary resources, their efficient use and their financing sources, the importance of control and monitoring of the resources available is also valued, always guaranteeing their rational and effective use according to their plan of activities or services. From this analysis, favorable results were obtained in 2022, which are corroborated in the development of the research.
