La capacitación de los directivos educacionales de la universidad pedagógica en Sistema Archivístico Institucional

Abstract

La implementación del Sistema Archivístico (SAI) en la universidad y su correcto funcionamiento son imprescindibles para lograr un correcto manejo de la documentación y la preservación de sus fondos como patrimonio de la institución. Para ello se requiere que los directivos estén preparados en la materia, teniendo en cuenta la misión que tienen para conducir la dirección del trabajo de archivo en cada área y la toma de decisiones adecuadas y oportunas que propicien el correcto tratamiento documental. En tal sentido se propone en este artículo una estrategia metodológica encaminada a la capacitación de los directivos en la UCP “Cap. Silverio Blanco Núñez” de Sancti Spíritus en SAI.The implementation of the Archive System in the university and its correct operation, is indispensable to achieve a correct handling of the documentation and the preservation of its funds like patrimony of the institution. For it, is required it that the directives are prepared in the matter, keeping in mind the mission that they have to conduct the archive in each area and the taking of appropriate and opportune decisions that propitiate the correct documents usage. In such a sense it is intended in this article a methodological strategy guided to the training of the directive in the UCP "Cap. Silverio Blanco Núñez" of Sancti Spíritus in SAI.
