El perfeccionamiento del diagnóstico e identificación de las capacidades sobresalientes de los estudiantes que asisten a la Secundaria Básica

Abstract

Las capacidades y la inteligencia humana constituyen un recurso inagotable de cada pueblo, constituye también una obligación de la sociedad invertir fuerzas en su desarrollo y en dar una dirección científica y consciente a estos esfuerzos. De todas las instituciones en las que encarna la función educativa de la sociedad, le corresponde un papel estratégico a la escuela, y dentro de esta al docente, pues son ellos quienes dirigen el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. La tesis que se presenta contiene métodos, instrumentos, técnicas e indicadores para el perfeccionamiento del diagnóstico e identificación de las capacidades sobresalientes de los estudiantes que asisten a la Secundaria Básica. En el primer capítulo se analizan los fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos que sustentan la métodos, instrumentos, técnicas e indicadores para el perfeccionamiento del diagnóstico e identificación de las capacidades sobresalientes de los estudiantes que asisten a la Secundaria Básica, en el segundo se exponen los resultados del estudio diagnóstico donde se precisan las potencialidades y carencias que presentan los estudiantes y por último se sale del campo con una valoración cualitativa de la vía de solución. Para conformar la propuesta se utilizaron métodos de los niveles teóricos, empírico y estadístico-matemático; así como los instrumentos y técnicas asociadas a ellos.

The capacities and human intelligence constitute an inexhaustible resource of each people, it is also an obligation of society to invest forces in its development and in giving a scientific and conscious direction to these efforts. Of all the institutions in which the educational function of society is embodied, a strategic role corresponds to the school, and within it to the teacher, since they are the ones who direct the teaching-learning process. The thesis that is presented contains methods, instruments, techniques and indicators for the improvement of the diagnosis and identification of the outstanding capacities of the students who attend the Basic Secondary. In the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological foundations that support the methods, instruments, techniques and indicators for the improvement of the diagnosis and identification of the outstanding capacities of the students who attend the Basic Secondary are analyzed, in the second the results of the diagnostic study where the potentialities and shortcomings presented by the students are specified and finally the field is left with a qualitative assessment of the solution path. To form the proposal, methods of the theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical levels were used; as well as the instruments and techniques associated with them.
