Abstract
El tema de este trabajo está dado en la concepción de las acciones educativas
que constituyen una opción pedagógica para la educación del valor
responsabilidad en el 10 año de los estudiantes del curso regular diurno de la
Escuela de Profesores de Educación Física: EPEF “Manuel (Piti) Fajardo
Rivero”. Se caracterizan por ser flexibles, dinámicas, asimismo, se tuvo en
cuenta el diagnóstico de cumplimiento de los deberes escolares de los
estudiantes, que logran motivarlos por el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones y
los modos de actuación asociados al valor responsabilidad. Se organizaron
talleres, debates, charlas. Se emplearon métodos teóricos, empíricos y
matemáticos que permitieron un desarrollo eficiente de la investigación. A partir
de la aplicación de estas acciones educativas se ha podido comprobar mayor
nivel de responsabilidad en los futuros profesores de Educación Física. La
aplicación de estas acciones educativas ha comprobado mayor nivel de
responsabilidad en estos estudiantes: han sido capaces de asumir las tareas
de la escuela, en el estudio independiente y en la vida interna, apreciándose un
estado favorable e interés en las aulas, han mejorado considerablemente la
asistencia y puntualidad. Por todo esto podemos referir que se aprecia un
avance significativo del valor responsabilidad.
The theme of this work is given in the conception of educational actions that constitute a pedagogical option for the education of responsibility value in the 1st year of the students of the regular daytime course of the School of Physical Education Teachers: EPEF "Manuel (Piti) Fajardo Rivero”. They are characterized by being flexible, dynamic, likewise, the diagnosis of compliance with the students' school duties was taken into account, which manages to motivate them for the fulfillment of their obligations and the modes of action associated with the value of responsibility. Workshops, debates, talks were organized. Theoretical, empirical and mathematical methods were used that allowed an efficient development of the investigation. From the application of these educational actions, it has been possible to verify a higher level of responsibility in future Physical Education teachers. The application of these educational actions has verified a higher level of responsibility in these students: they have been able to assume school tasks, in independent study and in internal life, appreciating a favorable state and interest in the classroom, they have improved considerably attendance and punctuality. For all this we can refer to a significant advance in the value of responsibility. Keywords: educational actions, responsibility, teachers, students.
