Contribución teórica a directivos para la transformación digital de la sociedad

Abstract

La transformación digital de la sociedad es una tarea impostergable para las actuales generaciones y aunque se dan pasos significativos no se avanza al ritmo que se requiere. En este sentido, desde la maestría en Dirección de la Universidad de Sancti Spíritus “José Martí Pérez”, se han identificado limitaciones en sus maestrantes, entre ellas que no poseen una clara visión de este proceso ni de los beneficios que traerá, así como del rol que deben desempañar los directivos. Al mismo tiempo no se aprecia dominio de los conceptos asociados, así como de las vías y recursos necesarios para alcanzar el resultado que se espera. Teniendo en cuenta esta realidad, se elabora este artículo con el objetivo de contribuir teóricamente a la preparación de dichos maestrantes para llevar a cabo la transformación digital de la sociedad. Entre los métodos utilizados para su elaboración se hallan el histórico-lógico, el analítico-sintético y el inductivo deductivo. Permitió concluir que es preciso un profundo cambio cultural en todos los involucrados, donde la innovación y la agilidad ocupen un lugar importante en los nuevos modos de actuación; con el propósito de disminuir las brechas digitales, lo que implica la preparación consciente de todos para conseguir el éxito.

The digital transformation of society is a task that cannot be postponed by current generations and, although significant steps are being taken, progress is not being made at the required pace. In this sense, from the Master in Management at the University of Sancti Spíritus "José Martí Pérez", limitations have been identified on the part of professors. Among them, that they do not have a clear vision of this process and the benefits it will bring, as well as the role that managers should play. At the same time, there is no mastery of the concepts associated to it, as well as the necessary ways and resources to achieve the expected result. Taking this reality into account, this article is written with the objective of theoretically contributing to the preparation of these masters to carry out the digital transformation of society. Among the methods used for its elaboration are: the historical-logical analysis, the analytical-synthetic and the inductive-deductive methods. It allowed to conclude that a deep cultural change is needed in all those involved, where innovation and agility occupy an important place in the new ways
