Abstract
La gestión de la información y las telecomunicaciones desempeñan un papel fundamental en el
desarrollo y funcionamiento de las organizaciones modernas. En el caso de la División Territorial
Radio Cuba Sancti Spíritus, la dependencia de documentación física para la administración de
las capacidades de la red automática ha generado ineficiencias en el trabajo de los técnicos,
ralentizando los procesos y aumentando el riesgo de errores. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo
desarrollar un sistema web que permita optimizar la gestión de estas capacidades, mejorando
la eficiencia operativa y reduciendo los problemas asociados al uso de papeles. El desarrollo
del sistema se basa en principios teóricos y metodológicos fundamentales para la gestión de la
información y el conocimiento, con énfasis en el diseño e implementación de una herramienta
digital que facilite la administración de los recursos de la red automática de la empresa. La
implementación de este software contribuirá a agilizar el acceso y manejo de la información,
mejorando la calidad de los servicios de comunicación en la región. En última instancia, se
busca mejorar la conectividad, la productividad y el desarrollo de la División Territorial Radio
Cuba Sancti Spíritus mediante el uso de tecnologías digitales
The management of information and telecommunications plays a fundamental role in the development and operation of modern organizations. In the case of the Territorial Division of Radio Cuba Sancti Spíritus, the reliance on physical documentation for the administration of the automatic network capacities has led to inefficiencies in the work of technicians, slowing down processes and increasing the risk of errors. This project aims to develop a web-based system to optimize the management of these capacities, improving operational efficiency and reducing problems associated with the use of paper-based documentation. The system’s development is grounded in key theoretical and methodological principles of information and knowledge management, with a focus on designing and implementing a digital tool to facilitate the administration of the company’s automatic network resources. The implementation of this software will streamline access to and handling of information, improving the quality of communication services in the region. Ultimately, the goal is to enhance connectivity, productivity, and the overall development of the Territorial Division of Radio Cuba Sancti Spíritus through the use of digital technologies.
