Plan de acciones para viabilizar el otorgamiento de créditos a Trabajadores por Cuenta Propia en la Sucursal 5241 del BANDEC en Sancti Spíritus

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó en la Sucursal 5241 del BANDEC en Sancti Spíritus. El propósito principal fue realizar una valoración sobre las nuevas líneas de crédito en el contexto de la economía cubana, siendo objetivo fundamental proponer un plan de acciones a realizar para viabilizar el otorgamiento de créditos a Trabajadores por Cuenta Propia, las que contribuyeron a mejorar los resultados en la gestión financiera y al cumplimiento de los objetivos de trabajo. Respondiendo a la necesidad que tiene la organización de mejorar la calidad del servicio bancario en aras de lograr que se incremente la cartera de financiamientos. La investigación permitió establecer mecanismos más factibles para minimizar los tramites de solicitudes de créditos, lo cual constituye un incentivo sobre todo para el sector no estatal a la hora de realizar sus solicitudes al sentirse atendidos y protegidos por las instituciones financieras del Estado y el Gobierno Revolucionario Cubano.The present work was carried out in the Branch 5241 of BANDEC, in Sancti Spíritus. The main objective of this work was a proposal of actions to carry out the grant of self-employed workers. The goal of this investigation, which is descriptive and explanatory, is to motivate and to establish feasible mechanisms to minimize the steps of applications of credits to the clients, mainly the non-state sector and that they are assisted and protected by the entities of the State and of the Cuban revolutionary Government. It is also approached a diagnosis of the weaknesses. A reference to the results of the techniques applied in the diagnosis, intending the application of innovations that allow speeding up the process of delivery of loans, achieving the increase in the quality of the service was made. The analytic methods used were dialectical and historical, comparative and graph.
