Abstract
La labor educativa se convierte en una herramienta necesaria para lograr cambios conductuales en los escolares. Esta tarea le compete de manera especial a la escuela, porque es en esta institución donde se encuentra el personal preparado para llevar a cabo la educación como un proceso organizado, sistemático y dirigido conscientemente a la formación y desarrollo de la personalidad del educando. Los métodos educativos y dentro de ellos los complementarios constituyen vías fundamentales para desarrollar con éxito la labor educativa en la escuela primaria, abarcan el estímulo y la sanción y sirven como reguladores de las diferentes influencias que ocasionan los métodos fundamentales. El trabajo tiene como objetivo aplicar talleres de asesoría psicopedagógica para favorecer el empleo de la sanción como método educativo por los maestros de 5. Y 6. Grado de la escuela primaria “Ignacio Agramonte” de Cabaiguán. En su realización se emplearon métodos de la investigación educacional, del nivel teórico, del nivel empírico y del nivel matemático -estadístico. Con la aplicación de los talleres de asesoría psicopedagógica se lograron transformaciones positivas en el empleo de la sanción como método educativo pues se logró que las actitudes de los maestros se correspondieran con las exigencias del método.
Educational work becomes a necessary tool to achieve behavioral changes in schoolchildren. This task is especially the responsibility of the school, because it is in this institution where the personnel prepared to carry out education as an organized, systematic and consciously directed process is found to the formation and development of the student's personality. Educational methods and within them complementary methods constitute fundamental ways to successfully develop educational work in primary school, they encompass encouragement and sanction and serve as regulators of the different influences caused by fundamental methods. The objective of the work is to apply psycho-pedagogical advisory workshops to promote the use of sanctions as an educational method by 5th and 6th grade teachers at the “Ignacio Agramonte” primary school in Cabaiguán. In its realization, methods from educational research were used, from the theoretical level, the empirical level and the mathematical-statistical level. With the application of psycho-pedagogical counseling workshops, positive transformations were achieved in the use of sanctions as an educational method since it was achieved that the teachers' attitudes corresponded to the demands of the method.
