La orientación a las familias de los educandos con discapacidad intelectual leve

Abstract

La familia independientemente de su nivel cultural y ocupación son los primeros educadores de sus hijos, aunque esta tarea la asumen en muchos casos, sin poseer los conocimientos para ello, comprometiendo el futuro de los mismos. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo: aplicar actividades educativas para la orientación a la familia de los educandos con discapacidad intelectual leve de cuarto grado, para el cumplimiento de su función educativa en la institución educativa “Camilo Hernández Carmona” del municipio Taguasco. Para comprobar su efectividad se realizó un pre-experimento que con la aplicación de métodos empíricos, teóricos y estadísticos permitieron evaluar la propuesta de las actividades de orientación familiar. La población está conformada por cinco familias, coincidiendo esta con la muestra, la cual se selecciona con carácter intencional, caracterizándose por el bajo nivel cultural, el uso inadecuado de los métodos educativos en la educación de sus hijos, despreocupación por los problemas académicos de los educandos, además predominan en ellos la carencia afectiva lo que hace que no exista el apoyo espiritual necesario. El producto científico posibilita el nivel de implicación y el rol protagónico de las familias al intercambiar y exponer sus criterios y vivencias, además responden a las necesidades e intereses de los participantes, son variadas y motivadoras y de manera general poseen en su estructura los siguientes elementos: título, objetivo, participantes, y los momentos fundamentales de toda actividad: introducción, desarrollo y conclusiones.The family regardless of their level cultured are the first educators of its sons, though this task the asume in many cases without possess the knowledge for it, engaged the future of the themselves.
