Abstract
The aging process is inevitable among living beings, the work with older adults aims to promote their quality of life, however, at present there are insufficient actions and participatory techniques that awaken the interest of this to join and keep doing systematic physical activity in the Grandparents' Circles, so the author of this diploma work has proposed to develop participatory techniques as a solution to this problem, In this sense, in the methodological design, theoretical and empirical methods and research techniques were used, among which the historical-logical, analyticalsynthetic, inductive-deductive, documentary analysis, observation, survey, interview and percentage calculation that allowed to determine points of convergence or divergence between the data obtained stand out. The sample consisted of 68 older adults belonging to the medical office of family # 15 of the Tuinucú Popular Council of the municipality of Taguasco. From the study, decisions are made that allow the design of Participative Techniques directed to the incorporation and maintenance of the older adults, to the grandparents' circles and thus to integrate them to the social life within their community.
