Abstract
La presente investigación se realizó en la Empresa Agropecuaria Banao del municipio de Sancti Spiritus con el objetivo de evaluar el impacto económico de la productividad del trabajo, el promedio de trabajadores y los salarios en la variación del Valor Agregado Bruto que le garantice a la Dirección de la entidad mejoras en la planificación y gestión económica. Para su desarrollo se tuvieron en cuenta las tendencias históricas del proceso de análisis económico en Cuba, haciéndose énfasis en el estudio de los principales indicadores económicos y finacieros en el año 2023 y su proyección económica para el año 2024, con nuevos retos para la actidad agrícola en Cuba Este trabajo se estructuró en dos capítulos; el análisis bibliográfico o marco teórico y las características generales de la actividad agropecuaria las específicas en materia del análisis económico, que permitieron justificar la problemática planteada, llegando a convertirse los métodos de analisis empleados en una herramienta de gran valor para el desempeño de la actividad económica de la entidad.
