Abstract
La familia como institución social representa los valores de la sociedad y
desempeña un papel muy importante en la formación de las nuevas generaciones.
El trabajo tiene como propósito aplicar un sistema de talleres dirigido a la
orientación familiar para la estimulación de niños con necesidades del desarrollo.
Se caracteriza por su variedad, dinamismo, protagonismo de la familia y se
estructuró sobre la base de la unidad de lo cognitivo y lo afectivo, teniéndose en
cuenta las motivaciones, intereses, necesidades de las familias, y mediante formas
activas, propiciando la participación, la reflexión grupal y el intercambio. Para su
confección se realizó un diagnóstico a través de diferentes vías. El sistema de
talleres que se presenta pone en manos de la familia y docentes una herramienta
importante que contribuye al mejoramiento de la relación hogar - escuela,
posibilitando la reflexión, el debate, la defensa de puntos de vista y el intercambio
propiciando la transformación de los modos de actuación en correspondencia con
las exigencias de la sociedad cubana actual, debido a que el modelo de
Perfeccionamiento de los Centros de Diagnóstico y Orientación dice qué hacer,
pero no ofrece el cómo hacerlo.
The family as a social institution has represented the values of society and has played a very important role in the formation of new generations. The purpose of the work is to apply a system of workshops aimed at family orientation for the stimulation of children with developmental needs in the intellectual area in early childhood. This will be characterized by its variety, dynamism, parental role and it will be structured on the basis of the unity of the cognitive and the affective, taking into account the motivations, interests, needs of the families, and through active forms, promoting participation, group reflection and exchange. For its preparation, a diagnosis was made through different pathways. The actions that are presented put in the hands of parents and teachers an important tool that contributes to the improvement of the home-school relationship, enabling reflection, debate, defense of points of view and exchange, promoting the transformation of ways of action in correspondence with the demands of the current Cuban society, because the model of Improvement of the Diagnosis and Orientation Centers says what to do, but does not offer how to do it.
