Acciones físicas recreativas para incorporar el al círculo de abuelos en Taguasco

Abstract

La práctica de actividades físicas regular es una de las prioridades del estado cubano, siendo una de las vías de prevención de enfermedades crónico-degenerativas especialmente en el. Sin embargo, a pesar del esfuerzo realizado por nuestro gobierno en aras de lograr un incremento, aún es insuficiente en algunas zonas, donde se aprecia un alto porcentaje que no se han incorporado al mismo solo 18 participan en los círculos de abuelos para un 14,63%, se tomó una muestra de 81 del total de los no incorporados para un 77,14%. La investigación tiene como objetivo elaborar acciones para la incorporación del al círculo de abuelos de la circunscripción 28 en Taguasco, con un diseño metodológico que incluye métodos teóricos, empíricos, técnicas de investigación y estadísticos matemáticos, lo que permitió recopilar y procesar la información necesaria para dar cumplimiento al objetivo principal como el histórico-lógico, el analítico-sintético, el inductivo-deductivo así como observación, la encuesta y el cálculo porcentual. Por lo que se recomienda implementar las mismas para que se incluyan en las clases que se imparten a los abuelos que permitieron direccionar la orientación hacia la incorporación a las actividades por los Adultos Mayores.

Therefore, it is recommended to implement them so that they are included in the classes that are taught to grandparents that allowed directing the orientation towards the incorporation of activities by older adults.
