Abstract
La entrega de tierras en usufructo se ha convertido en uno de los logros
revolucionarios de Cuba, al impulsar el trabajo de los usufructuarios e
integrarlos a las empresas del país. Con la implementación del usufructo
emerge el derecho del uso de las tierras ociosas y con ello se generan nuevos
beneficios a los usufructuarios y a la comunidad. La presente investigación se
plantea como objetivo describir los beneficios socioeconómicos que genera la
entrega de tierras en usufructo para la comunidad de Iguará, municipio
Yaguajay, provincia Sancti Spíritus, durante el período 2022-2024. Desde un
diseño metodológico de tipo mixto se aplican métodos y técnicas de obtención
de la información como el análisis de documentos, la observación participante,
la encuesta y la entrevista en profundidad. Se logró comprobar que la
implementación de los usufructuarios en Iguará tributa a un desempeño
positivo a la comunidad y contribuye a su desarrollo con el aporte de productos
alimenticios.
