Fortalecimiento del valor responsabilidad en la carrera de procesos agroindustriales de la Filial Universitaria de Trinidad

Abstract

El tema tratado constituyó una de las prioridades de investigación y objeto de análisis en las diferentes instituciones universitarias, su objetivo fue diseñar un sistema de acciones que contribuyó al fortalecimiento del valor responsabilidad en los estudiantes de la carrera de Ingeniería en Procesos Agroindustriales, integrando lo docente, lo extradocente y la extensión universitaria, durante el desarrollo de las etapas: conocer, reflexionar, actuar y concretar; donde fueron aplicados métodos y técnicas investigativas como la observación, el análisis de documentos, las encuestas y entrevistas. Los resultados obtenidos fueron: Formativos: Se contribuyó a una mayor formación integral de los profesionales egresados de la carrera, prueba de ellos es que de 24 alumnos muestreados, 15 terminaron satisfechos y consideraron mejoras ante el estudio y en su vida profesional. Sociales: Se aumentó la preparación de los egresados como personas más dignas y con principios más sólidos. Políticos: Se potenció la labor política e ideológica de los alumnos egresados con más preparación en el enfrentamiento a las agresiones hacia la Revolución.The subject analyzed in this research is one of the investigation priorities and analysis object in different university institutions. Its objective is to design a system of actions that contributes to strengthen the responsibility value in the students of the career of Engineering in Agro-industrial Processes, integrating the teaching and extra-educational learning process, as well the university extension during the development of the stages: knowing, reflecting, acting and making specific. The methods and investigative techniques used were the observation, document analyses, surveys and interviews. The following the results were attained: Formatives: This research contributed to a greater general formation of the professionals graduated in the carrier. As a proof of that is that 15 students from the 24 sampled, were satisfied and considered that they have improved in the study and in their professional life. Socials: The preparation of the graduated professionals in this carrier increased as worthier people and with more solid principles. Politics: The political and ideological labor of the graduated students was fostered trough a higher preparation for facing aggressions against Cuban Revolution.
