Abstract
Para la recuperación cañera del central Uruguay se centra en la necesidad de revitalizar la producción de caña de azúcar, crucial para el desarrollo económico de la región. En 2022, se destacó la importancia de potenciar el programa de desarrollo cañero para aumentar los rendimientos y asegurar que el central Uruguay se mantenga como uno de los principales productores de azúcar en Cuba. Actualmente la fábrica está inactive y no participará en la próxima zafra debido a la escasez de caña y la falta de insumos necesarios para su reparación. Está investigación tiene como objetivos diagnosticar las potencialidades y deficiencias que tiene la empresa azucarera Uruguay del municipio de Jatibonico para su recuperación agroindustrial, para la misma se usaron diferente métodos de investigación y se utilizan diversas técnicas de obtención de datos, entre las cuales destacan: Análisis Documental: Se recupera y estudia la bibliografía relevante para evaluar la situación actual de la empresa y sus procesos. Cuestionarios: Se aplican para obtener información sobre la gestión y los procesos de producción, lo que permite identificar áreas de mejora. Entrevistas: Se realizan entrevistas a directivos y expertos para profundizar en los procesos de dirección y operativos, así como para validar los resultados obtenidos. Observación Directa: Implica la supervisión de las operaciones en la planta para identificar ineficiencias y problemas en tiempo real. Consulta a Expertos: Se busca la opinión de especialistas para definir indicadores y tipificar problemas, lo que ayuda a enriquecer el diagnóstico. Sistemas Informáticos: Se utiliza facilitando la toma de decisiones.
For the sugarcane recovery of the sugar mill, Uruguay focuses on the need to revitalize sugarcane production, crucial for the economic development of the region. In 2022, the importance of strengthening the sugarcane development program to increase yields and ensure that the Uruguay mill remains one of the main sugar producers in Cuba was highlighted. The factory is currently inactive and will not participate in the next harvest due to the shortage of sugarcane and the lack of supplies necessary for its repair. This research aims to diagnose the potentialities and deficiencies that the Uruguay sugar company of the municipality of Jatibonico has for its agro-industrial recovery, for it different research methods were used and various data collection techniques are used, among which the following stand out: Documentary Analysis: The relevant bibliography is recovered and studied to evaluate the current situation of the company and its processes. Questionnaires: These are applied to obtain information about management and production processes, which allows identifying areas for improvement. Interviews: Interviews are conducted with managers and experts to delve into the management and operational processes, as well as to validate the results obtained. Direct Observation: Involves monitoring plant operations to identify inefficiencies and problems in real-time. Consultation with Experts: The opinion of specialists is sought to define indicators and typify problems, which helps to enrich the diagnosis. Computer Systems: It is used to facilitate decision-making .
