Diagnóstico de la situación de la iniciación deportiva en el voleibol en la provincia Sancti Spíritus

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda un tema de vital interés para el futuro del voleibol en la provincia, se hace un levantamiento del comportamiento de los principales factores que intervienen en la iniciación a este deporte en todo el territorio espirituano. El propósito fue revelar aquellos municipios y factores que mayor influencia logran en los resultados del voleibol en la provincia, para eso nos apoyamos en los métodos empíricos de la revisión de documentos, la entrevista a directivos y la encuesta a los profesores de esta disciplina de cada municipio. Los resultados expresan que existe un deterioro gradual de las cifras de la fuerza técnica, los municipios de Yaguajay, Trinidad y Fomento logran los mejores indicadores en su trabajo con la iniciación y se constató una favorable situación con los implementos deportivos y grandes problemas organizativos y de funcionamiento con el Deporte para Todos como cantera de las áreasThe work presented here addresses a topic of vital interest for the future of volleyball in the province, it is a survey of the behavior of the main factors involved in the initiation of this sport throughout the territory of Sancti Spiritus. The purpose was to reveal those municipalities and factors that most influence the results of volleyball in the province, for that we rely on the empirical methods of reviewing documents, interviewing managers and the survey of teachers of this discipline of each municipality. The results express that there is a gradual deterioration of the figures of the technical force, the municipalities of Yaguajay, Trinidad and Fomento achieve the best indicators in their work with the initiation and a favorable situation was found with the sports equipment and big organizational problems and working with Sport for All as a quarry for the areas.
