Abstract
La investigación se realizó en la Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB) “Manolo
Solano“, ubicada en el municipio de Sancti Spíritus perteneciente a la Empresa de
Granos Sur del Jíbaro, dedicada al molinado de arroz para el consumo de la
población y el turismo, utilizándose los datos del año 2023 y proyección del 2024. En
el estudio se comprobó que no se utilizan herramientas del análisis económico para
evaluar los principales indicadores económicos, por lo que se define como objetivo
del trabajo, analizar los factores que influyen en la variación del Valor Agregado
Bruto (VAB) de la UEB “Manolo Solano”, utilizándose la técnica del análisis
económico de las variaciones, lo que demostró que la productividad constituye el
principal factor que influye en la variación del VAB por encima del promedio de
trabajadores. Además, se le ofrece a la dirección de la entidad herramientas del
análisis económico para perfeccionar las evaluaciones económicas y proyectar los

The investigation was carried out in the Managerial Unit of Base (UEB) "Manolo Solano" located in the municipality of Sancti Spíritus belonging to the South Company of Grains of the Jíbaro, dedicated to the molinado of rice for the population's consumption and the tourism, being used the data of the year 2023 and projection of the 2024. In the study he/she was proven that tools of the economic analysis are not used to evaluate the main economic indicators, for what is defined as objective of the work, to analyze the factors that influence in the variation of the Added Value Bruto (VAB) of the UEB "Manolo Solano". being used the technique of the economic analysis of the variations, what demonstrated that the productivity constitutes is the main factor that influences in the variation of the VAB above the average of workers. Also, he/she is offered to the address of the entity tools of the economic analysis to perfect the economic evaluations and to project the Plans of Production with objectivity, in the current context of the Cuban economy.
