Abstract
Las transformaciones que ocurren en nuestro sistema educativo, particularmente en la Secundaria Básica responden a exigencias socio–históricas concretas teniendo en cuenta las condiciones específicas en nuestro país. Es por eso que la formación laboral se declara como principio esencial para las acciones que se ejecutan al concebir actividades desde una perspectiva desarrolladora. El objetivo de la investigación es elaborar actividades que contribuyan al desarrollo de la formación laboral en los alumnos de 8vo de la ESBU: “Ernesto Valdés Muñoz” bajo los fundamentos científicos materialistas y donde se utilizaron como métodos teóricos: el método histórico-lógico, el análisis y la síntesis, inductivo deductivo que permitieron relevar la historicidad, tendencia y actualidad del problema; además de utilizar métodos empíricos como encuestas y pruebas pedagógicas. La tesis está estructurada en dos epígrafes, el primero aborda los fundamentos teóricos que sustentan la Formación Laboral a través de la historia por muchos pedagogos y el diagnóstico inicial. El segundo aborda la metodología de la investigación y la Validación de las actividades. Las actividades constituyen un producto científico ya que a través de ella se contribuye al desarrollo de la Formación Laboral y sirve de herramientas a los profesores en su desempeño profesional.
The transformations that take place in our educational system, particularly in the Secondary School, respond to specific socio-historical demands taking into account the specific conditions in our country. That is why job training is declared as an essential principle for the actions that are executed when conceiving activities from a developer perspective. The objective of the research is to develop activities that contribute to the development of job training in students of 8th ESBU: "Ernesto Valdés Muñoz" under the materialistic scientific foundations and where they were used as theoretical methods: the historical-logical method, the analysis and synthesis, inductive deductive that allowed to reveal the historicity, trend and actuality of the problem; besides using empirical methods such as surveys and pedagogical tests. The thesis is structured in two sections, the first addresses the theoretical foundations that sustain the Labor Formation through history by many pedagogues and the initial diagnosis. The second deals with the methodology of the investigation and the Validation of the activities. The activities constitute a scientific product since through it it contributes to the development of the Labor Training and it serves as tools to the professors in their professional performance.
