La formación integral del estudiante en la carrera de licenciatura en Contabilidad Y Finanzas

Abstract

Ante las demandas del Ministerio de Educación Superior de Cuba de continuar perfeccionando la formación integral del estudiante en el contexto actual, se ejecuta en la Universidad de Sancti Spíritus ―José Martí Pérez‖ el proyecto de investigación institucional denominado: Concepción científico-metodológica para contribuir al mejoramiento del proceso de formación integral del estudiante universitario, al cual contribuye el resultado de esta investigación, para la opción del título de Licenciatura en Contabilidad y Finanzas. El objetivo general de la investigación se dirige a caracterizar el estado real de la formación integral del estudiante de la carrera de Licenciatura en Contabilidad y Finanzas de la Universidad de Sancti Spíritus ―José Martí Pérez‖. Para ello, se aplican los métodos de observación participante, análisis de documentos (Expediente del estudiante, Planilla de la Evaluación Integral del Estudiante, Informe de Autoevaluación de la Carrera), más las técnicas de los diez deseos y PNR (Positivo, Negativo y Recomendaciones). Se trabaja con toda la población de estudiantes de los cinco años de la carrera. Los resultados obtenidos permiten la identificación debilidades y fortalezas que caracterizan la formación integral del estudiante en la carrera, atendiendo a las dimensiones: curricular, extensionista y sociopolítica, con propuestas de recomendaciones desde las perspectivas del estudiantado que pueden favorcer al mejoramiento del proceso de formación del profesional en esta carrera.

Given the demands of the Ministry of Higher Education of Cuba to continue perfecting the comprehensive training of the student in the current context, the institutional research project called: Scientific-methodological conception to contribute to the improvement of the process of integral formation of the university student, to which the result of this investigation contributes, for the option of the title of Bachelor of Accounting and Finance. The general objective of the research is aimed at characterizing the real state of the integral formation of the student of the Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance of the University of Sancti Spíritus "José Martí Pérez". For this, the methods of participant observation, document analysis (student file, Comprehensive Student Evaluation Form, Career Self-evaluation Report) are applied, plus the techniques of the ten wishes and PNR (Positive, Negative and Recommendations ). We work with the entire student population of the five years of the degree. The results obtained allow the identification of weaknesses and strengths that characterize the integral formation of the student in the career, taking into account the dimensions: curricular, extensionist and sociopolitical, with proposed recommendations from the perspectives of the student body that can favor the improvement of the formation process of the student. professional in this career.
