La efectividad de la estrategia trabajo político ideológico a través de la asignatura trabajo preventivo

Abstract

El artículo responde a una de las líneas de trabajo metodológico desarrolladas en el Centro Universitario Municipal de Cabaiguán: la implementación de las estrategias curriculares en las diferentes asignaturas, para la formación integral del profesional de la Educación Primaria. La experiencia del colectivo de docentes consideró la necesidad de fortalecer el trabajo político ideológico con los estudiantes de la carrera Educación Primaria, egresados de la Escuela Pedagógica, lo que motivó a las autoras a plantearse como objetivo: evaluar la efectividad de la estrategia curricular: trabajo político e ideológico con el grupo de cuarto año del Curso por Encuentros a través de la asignatura Trabajo Preventivo. Esta asignatura tributa a su objeto laboral en su desempeño profesional. El trabajo se sustentó en la metodología cualitativa, a través de la observación como método del nivel empírico, así como el analítico- sintético, y el inductivo- deductivo del nivel teórico. La muestra fue el grupo de egresados de la Formadora de Maestros, matriculados en el curso 2016-2017 en la carrera Educación Primaria, el muestreo fue no probabilístico intencional, pues hay coincidencia entre la población y la muestra. Los resultados mostraron la mejora de los indicadores que exige la implementación de la estrategia demostrado a través de la transformación lograda en los estudiantes, con la acertada dirección del colectivo pedagógico y la profesora que impartió la asignatura. Esta experiencia permitió evaluar la efectividad de esta estrategia.This article responds to one of the lines of the methodological work developed in the Municipal University Center of Cabaiguan: the implementation of curricular strategies in the different subjects for the comprehensive training of the Primary Education professional. The experience of the group of teachers highlighted the need to strengthen the ideologicalpolitical work with the students majoring in Primary Education who previously had graduated from the Pedagogical School. The idea encouraged the authors of this paper to set the assessment of the effectiveness of the curricular strategy: the political- ideological work with the fourth year group of the encounter course modality through the Preventive Work subject, as the research´s objective. This subject contributes to the professional training and performance of its targeted object. The research was based on a qualitative methodology. Several methods were used such as the observation from the empirical level and the analytical-synthetic, and the inductivedeductive from the theoretical level. The sample consisted of the group of graduates from the Teachers` Training School who enrolled in the 2016-2017 academic year as part of the Primary Education major. The sampling was non-intentional probabilistic, since the population and the sample coincided. The results showed the improvement of the indicators required by the implementation of the strategy. As an illustration, the knowledge acquired by the students was undeniable and it was supported by the adequate leadership of both the pedagogical group and the teacher who taught the subject. This experience allowed the effectiveness of the aforementioned strategy to be assessed.
