Propuesta de acciones para fomentar la educación laboral agrícola en la escuela primaria

Abstract

El artículo titulado “Propuesta de acciones para fomentar la educación laboral agrícola en la escuela primaria” se realiza debido a la necesidad actual de cambiar el Modelo Económico, que garantice la seguridad alimentaria, papel que le corresponde a la escuela y, fundamentalmente, a los maestros, que dirigen todas las actividades del proceso docente-educativo. Tiene como propósito elaborar acciones para los escolares de la educación primaria de modo que al aplicarlas se promueva una educación laboral agrícola. A través de la utilización de métodos teóricos como el inductivo-deductivo, análisis y de síntesis; métodos empíricos como la observación científica y la entrevista y del nivel matemático, el cálculo porcentual se comprobó que existen deficiencias en la educación laboral agrícola. Se utilizó una metodología común para todas las acciones que parte de la motivación, el uso de medios audiovisuales, búsqueda de información, valoración y autoevaluación de lo realizado. La bibliografía utilizada garantizó obtener los elementos necesarios y elaborar acciones para educar a los escolares con una verdadera mentalidad de productores, que en un futuro opten por carreras de este corte, teniendo en cuenta que existen las condiciones para tener la agricultura que solicita el país, si se trabaja fuerte y de manera integrada.The work entitled "Proposal of actions to foment the agricultural labor education in primary school" is carried out due to the current necessity of changing the Economic Model that guarantees the food security, role that corresponds to the school and, mainly, to the teachers directing all the activities of the teachingeducational process. It has as purpose to elaborate actions for primary education scholars so that by applying them, an agricultural labor education is promoted. Through the use of theoretical methods such as the inductive-deductive one, the analysis and synthesis; empiric methods like the scientific observation and the interview and mathematical ones, the percentage calculation, it was proven that there are deficiencies in the agricultural labor education. A common methodology was used for all the actions that lead to motivation, the use of audiovisual means, search of information, evaluation and self-valuation. The used bibliography guaranteed to obtain the necessary elements and to elaborate actions to educate the scholars with true producers mentality, so that in the future they choose this sort of careers, keeping in mind that the conditions to have the agriculture that the country needs are settled , if we work hard and in an integrated way.
