Abstract
La presente investigación se enmarca en la enseñanza de los elementos técnicos del Programa de Grado Kyu de Judo en la iniciación deportiva escolar, abordados desde la perspectiva de la planificación anual de la enseñanza; tiene como objetivo diseñar una propuesta de programa de enseñanza de Judo para la categoría 9 / 10 años que permita utilizar suficientemente el tiempo en la enseñanza de los elementos técnicos del Programa de Grado Kyu. Para el desarrollo de la presente investigación se utilizaron diferentes métodos, técnicas y procedimientos de la investigación científica entre los que se encuentran la revisión de documentos, la entrevista, la modelación, el criterio de especialistas y la triangulación entre otros. Se utilizó como muestra al total de profesores deportivos de Judo que laboran en las áreas especiales de la provincia Sancti Spíritus. La concepción del programa se sustenta desde la teoría en los criterios definidos por Cortegaza Fernández & Hernández Prado para este tipo de planificación, metodológicamente está sustentada en las indicaciones emitidas por la Dirección Nacional de Alto Rendimiento del INDER, en el programa se logran incluir de manera ordenada todos los elementos técnicos del 6to y 5to Kyu, exigidos por la Federación Cubana de Judo para la categoría 9 y 10 años.
This research is framed in the teaching of the technical elements of the Kyu Judo Degree Program in school sports initiation, approached from the perspective of annual teaching planning; it aims to design a proposal for a Judo teaching program for category 9 / 10 years that allows to sufficiently use the time in teaching the technical elements of the Kyu Degree Program. For the development of the present research, different methods, techniques and procedures of scientific research were used, among which are the review of documents, the interview, the modeling, the criterion of specialists and the triangulation among others. It was used as a sample of the total of Judo sports teachers who work in the special areas of the Sancti Spiritus province. The conception of the program is based from the theory on the criteria defined by Cortegaza Fernández & Hernández Prado for this type of planning, methodologically it is based on the indications issued by the National Directorate of High Performance of INDER, in the program all the technical elements of the 6th and 5th are included in an orderly manner Kyu, required by the Cuban Judo Federation for the 9- and 10-year-old category.
