En la actualidad la búsqueda de soluciones a la evaluación de la preparación técnico–táctica dentro del proceso de entrenamiento en el Béisbol ha tomado auge por la importancia que estos elementos requieren dentro del juego. La presente investigación titulada “Evaluación de la preparación técnico–táctica en los lanzadores de Béisbol”, tiene como objetivo elaborar un sistema de acciones para la evaluación de la preparación técnico - táctica en los lanzadores de Béisbol. Esta investigación se genera a partir de un estudio diagnóstico realizado a los lanzadores de Béisbol del equipo Sancti Spíritus de la Serie Nacional donde se pudo constatar que la evaluación de la preparación técnico - táctica muestra una serie de deficiencias las que no permiten ser evaluadas en situaciones reales de juego. Para dar una vía de solución al problema existente en la investigación se propone un sistema de acciones las cuales están fundamentadas basadas en los beneficios que le ofrece la preparación técnico–táctica a los lanzadores desde el punto de vista biológico, psicológico; además en la elaboración del sistema de acciones se tuvo en cuenta las situaciones reales de juego y de competición a las cuales se enfrentarán los lanzadores. Realizada la investigación arribamos a las conclusiones de que se carecen de herramientas evaluativas cercanas a las situaciones reales de juego. Concluye el trabajo con una recomendación que va encaminada a darle continuidad a la investigación en aras de profundizar y perfeccionar el resultado que en ella se propone.

After conducting the investigation, we reached the conclusions that there is a lack of evaluative tools close to real game situations. The work concludes with a recommendation that is aimed at giving continuity to the investigation in order to deepen and refine the result that it proposes.
