En los escenarios internacionales, nacionales y local se deja ver la necesidad de que muchos menores desde edades tempranas se vieran obligados a deambular por pueblos y ciudades, tratando de encontrar alguna manera de mitigar el hambre. Sin orientación adecuada , sin educación institucional y muchas veces sin familias, muy pronto algunas de estas víctimas del propio régimen que los engendró, comenzaron a delinquir para satisfacer la más primaria de las necesidades humanas: obtener un pedazo de pan y un poco de abrigo para cubrir sus cuerpos semidesnudos. Esta investigación propone ofrecer recomendaciones en la labor educativa para la reinserción social de los educandos con trastorno de la conducta en la Escuela Especial Alberto Delgado Delgado. A partir del diagnóstico pedagógico y el analisis de las causas que generan el ingreso a la institución. La labor educativa la cual se sustenta en el principio de la unidad entre el proceso de enseñanza y la educación mediante la participación activa y consciente del educando en las diferentes actividades, así como, el desarrollo como sistema de todas las influencias educativas que tienen lugar en la comunidad. Es por ello que la labor educativa del profesor juega un papel esencial en la formación integral de los educandos, es decir la formación de un hombre capaz de pensar, sentir y actuar integralmente, en correspondencia con las necesidades de la sociedad donde vive y el marco concreto de la comunidad donde se desarrolla. De ahí que esta labor educativa debe ser de forma constante, sistemática y creadora.

Without proper guidance, without institutional education and often without families, very soon some of these victims of the very regime that engendered them, began to commit crimes to satisfy the most basic of human needs: to get a piece of bread and a little shelter to cover their half-naked bodies. This research proposes to offer recommendations in the educational work for the social reintegration of students with behavioral disorders at the Alberto Delgado Delgado Delgado Special School. From the pedagogical diagnosis and the analysis of the causes that generate the admission to the institution. The educational work which is based on the principle of unity between the teaching process and education through the active and conscious participation of the student in the different activities, as well as the development as a system of all the educational influences that take place in the community. That is why the educational work of the teacher plays an essential role in the integral formation of the students, that is to say, the formation of a man capable of thinking, feeling and acting integrally, in correspondence with the needs of the society where he lives and the concrete framework of the community where he develops. Hence, this educational work must be constant, systematic and creative.
