El presente trabajo tiene como objeto de estudio el proceso de asesoría psicopedagógica a los maestros y su campo se centra en la estimulación de la creatividad en escolares del segundo ciclo de la enseñanza primaria. A partir de las irregularidades detectadas en la escuela; la necesidad de desarrollar personalidades creativas en estos tiempos y las funciones esenciales del psicopedagogo escolar, se realiza el trabajo en la escuela primaria “José Martí Pérez” del municipio de Sancti Spíritus. Durante el proceso investigativo se emplearon métodos de nivel teórico, empírico y estadístico-matemático. La memoria escrita está estructurada en epígrafes que fundamentan teóricamente el problema y las posiciones actuales respecto a la creatividad y su estimulación en la educación primaria. Se describen los resultados del diagnóstico y la sustentación de la propuesta de solución.
The object of this work is the process of psycho-pedagogical advice to teachers and its field focuses on the stimulation of creativity in students in the second cycle of primary education. Based on the irregularities detected at the school; the need to develop creative personalities in these times and the essential functions of the school psychopedagogue, the work is carried out at the “José Martí Pérez” primary school in the municipality of Sancti Spíritus. During the research process, methods at a theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical level were used. The written report is structured in sections that theoretically substantiate the problem and current positions regarding creativity and its stimulation in primary education. The results of the diagnosis and the support of the solution proposal are described.
