El fin de la escuela cubana actual hace énfasis en la formación integral de la personalidad del educando y en este complejo proceso desempeña un papel trascendental la labor educativa que se desarrolle en ella. Y es de las escuelas, indudablemente, de donde sale la riqueza del futuro, si éstas son capaces de enfrentar el desafío que demanda el mundo y formar hombres que sobre todo sean humanos entre otras importantes cualidades que deben caracterizar a los ciudadanos. En este sentido, el empleo de los métodos educativos y entre ellos el estímulo constituye una necesidad para el éxito de dicha labor. En el presente trabajo se formuló como objetivo: aplicar talleres de asesoría psicopedagógica para favorecer el empleo del estímulo como método educativo por los maestros de 1. a 4. grado de la escuela primaria “Ignacio Agramonte” de Cabaiguán. En su realización se emplearon métodos de la investigación educacional, del nivel teórico, del nivel empírico y del nivel matemático-estadístico. A través de la aplicación del sistema de talleres de asesoría psicopedagógica se obtuvieron éxitos en el empleo del estímulo como método educativo ya que se logró que el modo de actuar de cada maestro fuera concerniente con los requerimientos del método.
The purpose of the current Cuban school emphasizes the comprehensive formation of the student's personality and in this complex process the educational work carried out in it plays a transcendental role. And it is from the schools, undoubtedly, where the wealth of the future comes, if they are capable of facing the challenge that the world demands and training men who, above all, are humane among other important qualities that must characterize citizens. In this sense, the use of educational methods, including encouragement, is a necessity for the success of said work. In this work, the objective was formulated: to apply of psycho-pedagogical advisory workshops to promote the use of stimulation as an educational method by teachers from 1st to 4th grade at the "Ignacio Agramonte" primary school in Cabaiguán. In its implementation, educational research methods were used: the theoretical level, the empirical level and the mathematical-statistical level. Through the application of the system of psychopedagogical advisory workshops, successes were obtained in the use of stimulation as an educational method since it was achieved that the way of acting of each teacher was relevant to the requirements of the method.
