Introducción: El Trabajo de Diploma desarrollado pretende contribuir al perfeccionamiento de la Gestión Económica Financiera en la Empresa Provincial de Campismo Popular de Sancti Spíritus mediante el análisis del sistema de cobros y pagos para el cierre del año 2022.
Objetivo: Evaluar la gestión de cobros y pagos de la Empresa Campismo Popular de Sancti Spíritus.
Materiales y Métodos: Para el desarrollo de la investigación se emplearon de forma interrelacionada métodos y técnicas del conocimiento teórico y empírico dado el carácter sistémico que ha de tener toda investigación, como son: analítico – sintético, histórico – lógico, hipotético – deductivo, observación y revisión de documentos existentes en la institución, específicamente los relacionados con la recopilación de la información primaria.
Resultados y Discusión: Luego de evaluar la gestión de cobros y pagos en la Empresa Provincial de Campismo Popular de Sancti-Spíritus, se espera como resultado final de la investigación, conocer cuáles son los principales clientes motivo lo cual están afectadas las partidas de cobros y pagos. Además de proponer alternativas a la dirección de la entidad para una mejor toma de decisiones.
Conclusiones: A través del análisis que se realizó del sistema de cobros y pagos para el cierre del año 2022 no utiliza correctamente los mecanismos contables con eficiencia para mantener la gestión de cobros y pagos positivamente, además que la empresa presenta problemas financieros que deben ser tratados con la mayor brevedad y fuerza posible para poder revertir la situación actual.

Introduction: The Diploma Work developed intends to contribute to the improvement of the Financial Economic Management in the Provincial Company of Popular Camping of Sancti Spíritus through the analysis of the system of collections and payments for the closing of the year 2022.
Objective: To evaluate the management of collections and payments of the Provincial Company of Popular Camping of Sancti Spíritus.
Materials and Methods: For the development of the research, methods and techniques of theoretical and empirical knowledge were used in an interrelated way, given the systemic character that all research must have, such as: analytical - synthetic, historical - logical, hypothetical - deductive, observation and review of existing documents in the institution, specifically those related to the collection of primary information.
Results and Discussion: After evaluating the management of collections and payments in the Provincial Company of Popular Camping of Sancti Spíritus, it is expected as a final result of the research, to know which are the main clients for which the items of collections and payments are affected. In addition to propose alternatives to the management of the entity for better decision making.
Conclusions: Through the analysis that was made of the collection and payment system for the closing of the year 2022 does not correctly use the accounting mechanisms with efficiency to maintain the management of collections and payments positively, in addition that the company presents financial problems that must be treated as soon as possible and forcefully as possible to be able to reverse the current situation
