La solución de los problemas agropecuarios presentes en el contexto socioeconómico municipal
debe resolverse sistematizando investigaciones científicas. El conocimiento es un recurso vital para la existencia
y el funcionamiento del grupo dinamizador de la comisión municipal de implementación de la Ley 148/2022. La
puesta en práctica de experiencias pedagógicas, y la generalización y evaluación de sus impactos garantizan
el éxito. El propósito del artículo fue revisar la evolución teórica del concepto “gestión del conocimiento” y el
modo en que opera, a partir de las experiencias obtenidas en dos municipios cubanos en el período junio/2021-
junio/2023. Para ello se utilizan herramientas de investigación cualitativa; métodos teóricos y empíricos; y, para
la revisión bibliográfica, el análisis, la síntesis y la contrastación de criterios de diversos autores. Se establece
una alternativa metodológica que permite la elaborar, socializar y presentar un plan de acciones que contribuye
a la implementación del sistema alimentario local. El perfeccionamiento del sistema de gestión demuestra que,
en un entorno cambiante, caracterizado por rasgos globalizadores, es imprescindible el desempeño de los
actores locales para socializar el enfoque integrador de potencialidades para la generación y adquisición de
capacidades
The solution of agricultural problems present in the municipal socioeconomic context, must be
resolved by systematizing scientific investigations. Knowledge is a vital resource for the existence and
functioning of the dynamic group of the municipal commission for the implementation of Law 148/2022. The
implementation of pedagogical experiences and generalization and evaluation of their impacts guarantees
success. The purpose of the article was to review the theoretical evolution of the concept "knowledge
management" and the way in which it operates based on the experiences obtained in two Cuban municipalities
in the period June/2021-June/2023. For this, qualitative research tools are used; theoretical and empirical
methods; for the bibliographic review, the analysis, synthesis and contrasting of criteria of different authors. A
methodological alternative is established that allows the elaboration, socialization and presentation of an action
plan that contributes to the implementation of the local food system. The improvement of the management
system demonstrates that in a changing environment, characterized by globalizing features; the role of local
actors is essential to socialize the integrating approach of potentialities for the generation and acquisition of
capacities
